All orders are subject to the acceptance of these terms and conditions, and deemed to be accepted by you when placing your order. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights. These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice and supersede all previous editions.
1. All order will be dispatched within 2-5 working days. We will deliver out orders from Monday to Friday,
Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday no delivery.
2. All our product prices advertised exclude delivery charges.
3. We are not responsible for incorrect postal addresses resulting in non-delivery of the goods. Please
check you have carefully entered the correct address.
4. Delivery time frame advertised is not guaranteed. The couriers we use operate on a 98-99% success
rate. We're unable to take responsibility if the item is not delivered on time but we'll help to chase it up.
5. In times of adverse weather conditions items may take longer than normal to arrive.
6. All products sold are not refundable or exchangeable.
7. All products are carefully checked before delivery to ensure it is in a good condition.
8. All products will be delivered only after full payment has been made.
9. Payment can be made through Bank Transfer to Maybank, CIMB and RHB bank only.
